Students Organizing Diversity Activities

 SODA endeavors to:

·        Promote group and community development;

·        Increase access for traditionally underrepresented populations to participate in campus organizations/activities.

·        Aid underrepresented populations in recruitment and retention;

·        Assist Student Diversity Programs and Services in its efforts to affect cultural diversity in the UNLV community;

·        Promote communication and understanding amongst the UNLV community;

·        Create collaboration partnerships between different student populations and university departments;

·        Educate the UNLV community as to the diversity of cultures on the campus of UNLV.
